If you are having printing issues, be sure to check the following things:
- Have you installed the latest version of Adobe Reader on your computer? If not, you can download it for free here.
- Have you disabled the pop-up blocker on your web browser?
If you saved your data in a Voter Account, you can also login from a different computer to access your form and try to print it from there. This will help you to identify if the problem is with your device or with our system.
If none of these items solves the problem, and especially if you receive an error message, please submit a report to the Voter Help Desk for assistance. Be sure to complete all fields and to indicate the following:
The type of computer and browser you are using.
Which state in the U.S. you are trying to register in.
If you get an error message, please tell us exactly what the error message says.
It is helpful if you send us your phone number and country/time zone when you report a technical problem as we may need to contact you if email is insufficient.
If you can attach a screenshot to your report, that would be very helpful!
